Terms of Service
By using Multi Org Chart (“the Service”) you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
Multi Org Chart lets you design and export organization charts in your browser, with optional cloud save when you create an account. The free tier displays one advertisement inside the editor; the Pro tier (when payment-enabled) removes ads and unlocks additional integrations.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Charts and people data you enter belong to you. You can export and delete them at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Store unlawful content, content that violates someone’s privacy, or content depicting minors in any inappropriate context.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
4. Ads
The free tier displays advertising served by Google AdSense. We do not control which specific ads are shown. Pro users see no ads. We’ll never display ads inside exported images or PDFs.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that your data won’t be lost. Export your work regularly if it matters.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months (which is $0 on the free tier).
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. If we shut the Service down, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
